Rashed Al Qemzi has had a dreadful season by his high standards, however, the modest 2021 UIM F2 World Champion has never lost his cool and treated unfortunate situations with good grace.

This morning’s warm up saw Al Qemzi back to his best, he was quickest, posting a 45.167 lap.

He told PRW:

I rely on Atililo to find me the best prop for the start, it’s a new experience for me.

I have never started from last position.

Britain’s Owen Jelf was second fastest on a circuit that he won on in 2020 and Giacomo Sacchi was third.
