Serafino Barlesi and Alex Barone added the 2019 UIM 3D European Championship to their 2017 World title in San Felice Circeo yesterday.
The Italian team won both of the the 2 races staged and gained the maximum of 800 points.
The Silver medal went to the French-Italian team of Francois Pinelli and Saul Bubacco who were driving World Composit.
Third place went to Gasbeton, (Giovanni Carpitella and Lorenzo Bacci) even though they failed to finish the second race due to problems with one of the two engines.
Giampaolo Montavoci and Mario Di Cosmo were disqualified after failing the post-race technical inspection of their Mercury Optimax motors.
