F1H2O add Poland to their 2021 calendar

F1H2O have added Poland to their 2021 championship according to the online UIM calendar, there is no further information on the venue as yet.

Bartek Marszalek put the sport in the spotlight in Poland last summer when he pitted his circuit boat against Robert Kubica’s Formula 1 car in a race through Warsaw.

In a one-of-a-kind celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Battle of Warsaw, the race was covered by 91 television crew, three drones, two helicopters, 33 stationary, 10 mobile and 62 onboard cameras.

The race was won by Kubica, who was slightly ahead of Marszalek.

Marszalek has been confirmed to race in 2021 as the number two driver in the newly formed Strømøy Racing F1H2O Team which has been set-up by Norwegian pilot Marit Strømøy.
