A trio of Sarasota racers that made up the Cigarette Justice League team are stepping up from racing their 42-foot Cigarette in the Bracket Class 100 to run a full season in Super Cat as Justice League Racing.

Team owner Don Urfer, who recently purchased the 2010 Stihl 388 Skater powered by twin 750-hp Sterling Performance engines said.
Over the past year we have had a chance to get back into racing and build a solid team. I’m looking forward to the upcoming race season. The Stihl 388 has a great history and now the Justice League Racing team plan to continue the legacy that J.R. Noble and his team started.

Urfer will be piloting the boat, with Richard Davis joining him in the cockpit as throttleman. Cory Shantry will serve as an alternate driver, whilst Bobby Adams, a former crew member of the GEICO and Sprit of Qatar race teams, will serve as Crew Chief.
All of them have a long history of competing in offshore. Urfer has been racing since 1986 and Davis was inducted into the APBA Hall of Champions back in 2006.
