Paolo Longhi will make his F1H20 debut at the FIM Grand Prix Of Regione Emilia Romagna next month.

Longhi from Casale Monferrato has signed a contract to race with Comparato F1 until the end of the 2023 season.

The 53-year-old Italian told F1H20:

Racing in F1H2O is a dream come true and I want to thank all the team for the trust they have placed in me.

Team principal Fabio Comparato commented on their new driver:

I am very pleased that Paolo has joined the team and that we are able to give him the opportunity to race in the world’s top championship.

Longhi will race alongside Comparato’s son, Alberto.

We are an Italian team with a strong national identity, and now we have an all-Italian driver line up.
