Obaid Bin Mubarak said to PRW :

I have my cowboy hat ready. I hear they love their V8 cars – and racing in Smedjebacken. We are proud to represent The RaceFactory in Norway, and also our country and sponsors from Dubai.

So fare its the UIM F4 class that will have the biggest lineup. Pilots from the Nordic region, with a guest driver from Dubai will probably see more than 10 boats fight for the title in Sweden, Smedjebacken.
