Erik Stark has joined the throngs of Insta Influencers in Dubai this week, however, he isn’t in the UAE to promote his new pair of speedos.

The Swedish racer told me today:

I’m in Dubai to catch up with the Victory Team and check the work done in the past year and it was great to meet the team manager Franco Carvello and the CEO Luciano Barbati and speak about the future plans.

The Victory Team came under the control of the Dubai International Marine Club (DIMC) in November of 2019 and Stark has had a meeting with the senior figures.

In 2019 Stark raced for Victory in both the F1H2O series and made his debut for the team in offshore:

The plans for F1H2O and Class 1 are going on, we’re just waiting for the confirmation of the calendars and are just hoping the situation will get better!

We are positive, and in the meanwhile I will enjoy my time in Dubai as an influencer!
