One of the most exciting developments was the entry of TheRaceFactory, hailing from Norway, their involvement breathing fresh life into the competition. With their backing, the Mubarak Racing Team made a spectacular debut, fielding three formidable boats and talented drivers: Salem Al Yafeai, Obaid Bin Mubarak, and Mohammad Hammadi.

Equally invigorating was the debut of the Black Pharaoh Team from Sudan. With a line-up of not less than four drivers and a robust social media presence, the team made waves even before the start of the season. Their rigorous training in Abu Dhabi paid off, adding a competitive edge to the championship.

The season also witnessed a historic moment with the 2050 Sports team supported by TheRaceFactory, as Alia AbdulSalam became the first lady to compete in UAE F4 racing, symbolizing a breakthrough for women in the sport. Alia made waves on an off the water.

The championship saw a total of 13 drivers from five different nations competing fiercely, with six countries represented in the F4 training academy. The white and green boats of TheRaceFactory proved dominant at the outset, with Obaid Bin Mubarak securing pole position with his G3 Molgaard Mercury Racing Powered F4. However, it was his teammate, Salem Al Yafeai, who showcased unparalleled skill, surpassing his peers to win the first two rounds.

Round 3 in Abu Dhabi presented formidable challenges with harsh wind conditions, but it was Sultan Al Falahi from the Black Pharaoh Team who seized pole position and claimed victory in both races. His triumph propelled him to a commendable third place in the overall standings.

At the end of the season, Salem Al Yafeai emerged victorious with 55 points, barely edging out his teammate Obaid Bin Mubarak, who earned 51 points. Sultan Al Falahi secured third with 41 points, followed closely by Khalid Al Zarooni of the Sharjah Team, who ended with 38 points.

As the curtain fell on the season, whispers of potential recruitment by professional teams like Team Abu Dhabi and Victory Team grew louder. Salem Al Yafeai has already been seen testing the waters with Team Abu Dhabi’s F2 program under the guidance of Guido Cappellini, with performance just a second off the pace of their 5 time world champion, Rashed Al Qamzi.

Preparations for the 2025/2026 season are underway, with expectations for further expansion and increased participation. With the prospect of over 16 boats competing in a minimum of six races, the future of the UIM F4 UAE Championship is brighter than ever, promising thrilling races and the birth of new legends in powerboat racing with an extraordinary effort by the clubs of the UAE Federation, a special thanks goes to the host cities of Sharjah and Abu Dhabi clubs for making dreams.
