Adam Wrenkler, the son of veteran Offshore Racers, Thomas and Annika, put on a World Class display of driving in Finland to capture the 2017 UIM GT15 World Championship.
Wrenkler from Sweden, won the first 3 heats, with an unassailable lead in the points table, he sat out the final heat safe in the knowledge that the World Championship was his.
Stefan Arand and Georgi Iljin from Estonia joined Wrenkler on the podium this evening.
31 teams from South Africa, Estonia, Latvia, Sweden and the host nation entered the event held in Imatra.
After qualifying and the repechage, 16 boats faced 4 heats of racing over 2 days.
