Since Powerboat Racing World posted this morning about the new Victory Team PRO CAT, it has raised significant interest in the racing community.

The 27’canopied PRO CAT comes fitted with a pair of Mercury 200 XS Pro motors and Victory tell me that a ‘turn-key’ boat will retail at AED 450,000 / £92,000 / $122,000.

Victory are quoting a weight of 1650 kg, length of 8.3 m with speeds over 100 mph.

The Dubai based racing team are working with the UIM to have this new class adopted by the UIM and a proposed calendar of racing will be announced in due course.
