Nicolo di San Germano’s H2o Racing are as yet to announce their 2020 F1 racing calendar, although a newspaper story this morning suggests that Italy could be the series’ first port of call.

Giancarlo Ge, who is up for re-election as president of the Yacht Club Como next week, was featured in the La Provincia di Como with Abu Dhabi Team Manager, Guido Cappellini.

The pair were expressing their wish to see the first round of the 2020 UIM F1H2o World Championship to be held on Lake Como in September.

Negotiations between the club and San Germano are ‘ongoing’ and a decision is expected to be made either way shortly.
