Erik Sundblad Johansen and Robert Aunvik won the 2018 UIM Class 3C European Championship at Smögen, Sweden last weekend.
6 boats from Sweden, Norway and Finland raced over 2 heats in rough seas and windy conditions, which wasn’t easy, as all the teams were competing in Mercury powered Twister catamarans.
Finland’s Marcus Johnsson and Jussi Myllymäki won Heat 1, but a second and a win in Heat 2 was good enough for Sundblad Johansen & Aunvik to secure the title.
