Erik Stark who finished runner up in last year’s F1H2o World Championship, will not be racing at the season opener in Damman, Saudi Arabia next month.
The Swede who was released from the Abu Dhabi team at the end of 2018, has not managed to find sufficient funding to allow him to challenge for the title this season.
Stark told me this afternoon:
It is very disappointing, but I will not be driving.
The first round of the 2019 F1H2o World Championship will be held over March 29-30.
